PURPOSE:

The applicant is proposing two variances from the requirements of the applicable R1-B zoning, including variances to maximum lot coverage and minimum side setback (see summary table below). The proposed variances would allow the applicant to construct a 528 square foot shop in the rear of the subject property.

This DVP application is available for review by clicking here or the District of Kitimat Municipal Office, 270 City Centre, 8:30 am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. The application will be considered by Council on Monday, June 16, 2025, during the Regular Council Meeting at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers at 606 Mountainview Square.
