Development Variance Permit- 35 Davy Crescent

PURPOSE:

The applicant is proposing a setback variance from the requirements of the applicable R2-A zoning, reducing the required front setback from 4.5 metres to 0.2 metres. The proposed variance would allow the applicant to construct a 46.45 m2 (500 ft2) carport attached to the front of the principal residence.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This DVP application is available for review by clicking here or the District of Kitimat Municipal Office, 270 City Centre, 8:30 am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. The application will be considered by Council on Monday, August 18th, 2025, during the Regular Council Meeting at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers at 606 Mountainview Square.
