Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 2071, 2025

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 227 of the Community Charter, that Council will be considering first three readings of Permissive Tax Exemption Amendment Bylaw No. 2071, 2025 at the Council meeting on October 6, 2025, at 7 pm.

Permissive tax exemptions must be approved by bylaw on or before October 31 in any year in order to apply for the following year.

Bylaw No. 2071, 2025 proposes to amend Bylaw No. 2057, 2024 to replace one property and include four (4) additional properties for the 2026-2034 taxation years.
