Temporary Use Permit Application - 312 Railway Ave.

19 February 2026

Purpose

The purpose of the TUP is to permit the operation of a "rage room" as a commercial recreational use in the M2-B Industrial zone. Recreation is not a permitted use in M2-B zoning regulations. This recreation use would permit clients to destroy or damage objects as a recreational activity. Therefore, the TUP is being sought to allow this activity for a limited term, subject to conditions that ensure compatibility with the surrounding industrial use.

TUPs may be issued for a maximum of three years and may be renewed once for up to an additional three years. The applicant is requesting a TUP for the maximum three years.
